A good, hand-rolled bagel can be hard to find, especially with ingredients that make sense.
We were tired grabbing bagels off the shelves and seeing countless ingredients whose priority is to preserve rather than to nourish.
So we set out to make bagels that nourish, using minimal ingredients and delivering flavor that speaks for itself.

We’re Weston and Shannon, the husband-and-wife team behind Nala’s Bagels, with our golden retriever Nala. We started this business with one simple belief: great bagels should be made with ingredients you can count on one hand, or one paw. What began as baking for family and friends has grown into a mission to serve our community real food, made with care, simplicity, and a whole lot of heart.
